I have been coaching in NZ since 2004. Vortex Aerobics was run by myself and sister Dianne McMillan

Vortex was the most successful Aerobic Club in New Zealand with winning the most National and International medals to date.

I have run workshops and training sessions in Singapore, Japan, UK, Taiwan, Cambodia, Australia and Vietnam.

In 2009 I was contracted to coach the World Games Team representing Taiwan. I stayed there for 7 months and an impressive 19 from 21 gold medals at the Taiwan National Championships.

Since 2010 I have been based in Vietnam, coaching the Hanoi Aerobics Team. 2010 the club was successful by winning over 50% of the possible gold medals at each event.

Whilst being overseas I continue to give back to New Zealand. Working closely with Dianne to develop and grow the Sport. Together we are continued to coach (from NZ and Overseas) New Zealand and International Champion Charlotte Bass.

Charlotte came to us in 2004 at the age of 11 and has been unbeaten in New Zealand since 2005. Charlotte also holds 4 consecutive titles at the ANAC International Championships from 2005-2008.

In 2015 I made the shift to Australia and currently coach at Advantage Gym Sports in Melbourne. We have a great team with athletes representing at school, national and international level.

AGS, is one of the leading Aerobic Gymnastics clubs in the country and has produced National Champions and International medalists.

coach education

Just like an athlete, coaching needs training. My goal is to be the best possible coach I can be. In 2012 I gained the highest level in International Aerobics coaching. I am now 1 of 2 coaches in New Zealand who hold a FIG (Federation Of International Gymnastics) AEROBICS COACHING BREVET. The other coach is Dianne McMillan.

My personal goal is to do what I can to be able to give athletes the best possible tools they need for success not only in Aerobics but life, so they can make their Golden Dreams come true.

I strive to provide the best possible music, costumes, shoes and choreography so everyone has the best possible chance of success.
